Refund policy
Every Improper Lady item is made to order. Because each product is printed or produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong product choice, wrong phone model selection, or change of mind.
Please check product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@improperlady.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and the problem
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund where eligible. In most cases, damaged or defective made-to-order items do not need to be returned.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@improperlady.com.
Before contacting us, please check your tracking information, confirm that the shipping address was correct, and contact the local carrier or post office where appropriate.
For domestic orders, lost-package claims may be reviewed after 30 calendar days from the shipping date. For international orders, claims may be reviewed after 45 calendar days from the shipping date. Claims must be reported promptly after that period.
If the package is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correct, we may offer a replacement or refund where eligible.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an address issue, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may be able to arrange a replacement shipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
Size, Fit, Color, and Product Selection
Because our products are made to order, we cannot refund or exchange items if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, product, or phone model, or if the item does not fit as expected.
Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. Minor differences in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and production methods.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@improperlady.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded unless required by law.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
