Refund Policy
Improper Lady products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, wrong phone model, or accidental orders.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Size and product details
Please review size charts, color options, scent or product descriptions, and phone model selections before placing your order. Made-to-order items cannot be restocked like standard inventory.
Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.
Return shipping
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
