Improper Lady items are made to order. Production starts after your order is placed, and your package ships once the item has been produced and quality checked.

Processing time

Most orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, production may take longer.

Multiple packages

If your order includes different product types, items may ship separately so they can reach you as quickly as possible.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows a package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to update. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier first. Contact us if you still need help.
